The Push-to-Talk (PTT) button works with leading platforms like Zebra Workforce Connect straight out of the box. If PTT is not used in your company, you can also re-programme the button to do other helpful things like speed dial, mute and check battery using Jabra Direct. If you want a full overview, you can use Jabra Xpress to track, update and customise all devices across the organisation.
We’ve optimized the design of Perform 45 to make it super-simple to get started and even easier to use. Minimal button interactions and intuitive placement mean you’re not fumbling around for the right button when it matters.
And because retail stores are full of high-touch surfaces like shopping carts and stair rails, we made sure you can easily sanitize it to avoid germs and stay safe. We made it durable too, with IP54-rated protection from dust and water, and an extended warranty.

For such a little headset, the battery in Perform 45 is pretty impressive. You’ll get up to 20 hours of Push-to-Talk (PTT) usage out of it, so you can stay connected with your colleagues throughout your shift, or up to 8 hours if you’re just using it for calls.
And for those “let me just show you where to find that” moments, 100m / 300ft of wireless range means you can leave your device at the checkout while you help out your customer, without worrying about losing connection.
As customer service expectations increase, helping customers can be tricky. So you probably don’t want your co-workers’ Push-to-Talk (PTT) messages distracting you.
When you activate Face2Face mode - by lifting up the microphone boom arm on Perform 45 - it’ll instantly mute all incoming audio, letting you offer customers your undivided attention. Then, when you’re ready to speak to colleagues again, you just need to pull it back down.
